Issue

• Upgrading from OpenShift 4.11 to 4.12 resulted in failing worker nodes with error: "/usr/bin/kubelet: No such file or directory"
• Upgrading from OpenShift 4.11 to 4.12 resulted in failing worker nodes with error: "Failed to validate kubelet flags" err="unknown 'kubernetes.io' or 'k8s.io' labels specified with --node-labels: [node-role.kubernetes.io/control-plane]
• The cluster's MachineConfigs are specifying multiple osImageURLs
