Satellite cannot synchronize repositories with TLSV1_ALERT_INTERNAL_ERROR
Issue
When trying to synchronize Red Hat repositories, it's failing with the following error:
Cannot connect to host cdn.redhat.com:443 ssl:default [[SSL: TLSV1_ALERT_INTERNAL_ERROR] tlsv1 alert internal error (_ssl.c:1131)]
even though the connectivity is okay
