HTTPD service fails to start when have RemoteIPTrustedProxy parameter

Issue

After the server reboot, the Apache HTTPD service fails to start because it fails to resolve the hostname defined in RemoteIPTrustedProxy parameter:

RemoteIPTrustedProxy aaaa.bbbb.ccc.com"

The below error shown up:

AH00526: Syntax error on line 64 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf:
Jun 20 20:20:15 www.yyy.com httpd[1303]: RemoteIP: Error parsing IP aaaa.bbbb.ccc.com (Name or service not known error) for RemoteIPTrustedProxy
httpd.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE
