How to transition Cloud Pak OpenShift Clusters from Evaluation Entitlements to Full Support Entitlements

Issue

• Customer that obtain Red Hat Openshift entitlements subscriptions as part of an IBM Cloud Pak need to attached those entitlements to their Cloud Pak OpenShift Cluster.

• Any of the following alerts are shown in the OCM web console:

  OpenShift evaluation expiration date
  
  Your OpenShift evaluation will expire at 01 Jan 2022. The cluster owner or an Organization Administrator can edit subscription settings for non-evaluation use.
  

  Your 60-day OpenShift evaluation has expired
  
  Your cluster is not supported and you may stop receiving updates. The cluster owner or an Organization Administrator can edit subscription settings for non-evaluation use.
