Alert: MachineWithNoRunningPhase Fired in a vSphere IPI

Issue

• The alert: MachineWithNoRunningPhase was fired from all nodes in a vSphere IPI cluster.
• Before the alert was triggered, the vCenter had been replaced and reconfigured.
• Although the alert being fired, no abnormalities can be detected in the running Pods. Persistent Volumes (PVs) using the storage class: thin are still able to read and write data.
• Please provide the impact of the alert firing and how to resolve it.
