Support mongo CSFLE (client side field level encryption) in native mode

Issue

• Want to use Mongo CSFLE, preferably in native mode.

  • [1] says "Currently, Quarkus doesn’t support Client-Side Field Level Encryption in native mode."
  • [2] says "never tested as it's not an OSS functionality.

• Can Redhat provide support for this Mongo feature in Quarkus?
