Saving Cluster discovering new hosts fails with error "ReferenceError: onFormSaveError is not defined"

Environment

  • Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes 2.7 (RHACM)

Issue

  • In the Create cluster wizard, select "Host inventory" -> "Standalone" -> "Discover new hosts". After inputting the cluster details, go next and click on "Save"
  • You will observe an error "ReferenceError: onFormSaveError is not defined" in the UI

Resolution

  • The issue is being worked upon by engineering and is being targeted for a fix in ACM version 2.7.6
  • The workaround right now involves discovering the host and then use the option "with existing host" rather than "discover new host" while creating a new cluster using the ACM UI
