The Red Hat Single Sign-On (RH SSO) '7.6-21' image from OpenShift fails to start

Issue

After upgrading RH-SSO for OpenShift image deployed with template from 7.6-20 to 7.6-21, the pod fails to start with CrashLoopBackOff.

Error in logs:

•[0;31mERROR The rhsso-2361 one-off patch wasn't properly installed.•[0m
•[0;31mERROR Cannot start the 'rh-sso-7/sso76-openshift-rhel8', version '7.6'!•[0m
