Not able to download previous container logs from console in RHOCP 4
Issue
- When selected from the OpenShift Console to view the previous logs of a container, pressing to download the logs, they are the logs from the current container, not from the previous
- When trying to download the previous container logs from the OpenShift Console, it's always download the current container logs.
