rsyslog not logging local messages, legacy rsyslog configuration
Issue
- Duplicate messages written to /var/log/messages, /var/log/secure, ... and remote log files.
- Local messages not written to /var/log/messages, /var/log/secure, ...
- Legacy rsyslog configuration in use.
