Running RHEV-M as a virtual machine managed by RHEV

Issue

• Can a RHEV Manager be run as a guest on one of the RHEV-H or RHEL Hosts?
• Is it possible to run a RHEV environment without the need for additional hardware for running RHEV-M, i.e. all hardware nodes in the RHEV environment should be able to run VMs that are managed by the RHEV-M. The RHEV environment should be highly available without any single point of failure.
