Red Hat Enterprise Linux Image Builder composer-cli commands fail with error "Error: List Error: Get "http://localhost/api/v1/compose/queue": EOF"

Issue

• While building custom RHEL images using the cockpit WebUI, images are created on the local file system but are not shown from the WebUI and build details are not listed as well.

• Tried to use the composer-cli tool but the following error is produced:

  # composer-cli blueprints list
  Error: List Error: Get "http://localhost/api/v1/compose/queue": EOF
