OpenShift LDAP Group Sync fails when created from a template

Issue

• Error mentioned below is reported while creating a template.

$ oc process -f ldap-groupsync-template.yaml  -p NAMESPACE='ldap-group-sync' -p IMAGE="registry.redhat.io/openshift4/ose-cli"  -p IMAGE_TAG="v4.11" | oc create -f-
