Upgrading Satellite server fails with error Proxy Satellite has failed to load one or more features (Script)

Issue

• Upgrading Red Hat Satellite server or executing satellite-installer command on Satellite machine fails with below error.

  [ERROR ] [configure] Proxy SatelliteFQDN has failed to load one or more features (Script), check /var/log/foreman-proxy/proxy.log for configuration errors
  [ERROR ] [configure] /Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[SatelliteFQDN]/features: ["Ansible", "Discovery", "Dynflow", "Logs", "Openscap", "Pulpcore", "Puppet", "Puppet CA", "Registration", "Script", "TFTP", "Templates"] failed: Proxy SatelliteFQDN has failed to load one or more features (Script), check /var/log/foreman-proxy/proxy.log for configuration errors
