Issue

  • While system shutdown, stopping user-runtime-dir@<UID>.service failed as following:

    May  8 17:28:53 HOSTNAME systemd[574732]: [daemon.err] user-runtime-dir@10001.service: Failed to attach to cgroup /system.slice/system-user\x2druntime\x2ddir.slice/user-runtime-dir@10001.service: No such file or directory
    May  8 17:28:53 HOSTNAME systemd[574732]: [daemon.err] user-runtime-dir@10001.service: Failed at step CGROUP spawning /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-user-runtime-dir: No such file or directory
    May  8 17:28:53 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: [daemon.notice] user-runtime-dir@10001.service: Control process exited, code=exited status=219
    May  8 17:28:53 HOSTNAME systemd[1]: [daemon.warning] user-runtime-dir@10001.service: Failed with result 'exit-code'.
