After updating OpenSSL to 1.0.1 in RHEL 6 php SoapClient can not connect to a server that does not accept TLSv1.1 and TLS1.2
Issue
- A php webservice client to connect to the server after updating OpenSSL to 1.0.1. The hankshake does not work.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x
- OpenSSL 1.0.1
- php 5.3
