Unable to create winsync agreement from Red Hat Directory Server 11 to Active Directory

Issue

• Creating winsync agreement from RHEL 11 to AD failing with an error below:

"Failed to create winsync agreement - Server is unwilling to perform".

• Following errors are observed in dirsrv logs /var/log/dirsrv/slapd-<instance>/errors on RHDS 11:

• Winsync is not working in RHDS 11 after patching.
