Kernel Module Management operator hub and spoke fail to update managed kmod

Issue

KMM 1.0.1 release is targeted to provide support for KMM running on OCP 4.13/RHEL 9.2. When deploying the hub and spoke feature in a mixed 4.12/4.13 environment, the kernel module will fail to update due to the underlying OS version update.

Note: Hub and spoke support is a tech preview feature for KMM 1.0 and 1.0.1

Environment

Hub cluster running OCP 4.13
Spoke cluster running OCP 4.12
KMM 1.0.1 deployed in a hub and spoke configuration
