Why is my CUPS printer disabled in RHEL

Issue

• The printer queue queue was found in disabled state on node host.
• Printer job disabled on the server suddenly.
• Printer not working. When we checked on server was always showing disabled.
• We have received incident for printer disable. Could you please let us know why printer is disabled.
• Frequently printer goes disable state
• We had an issue for a printer on the server. We need to know why printer went to disable state and any precautionary measures that can be taken to avoid this issue in future.
