Image transfer created after a RHV-M reboot is stuck in initializing phase
Issue
- The RHV-M has rebooted.
- Immediately after ovirt-engine service has started, a new image transfer has been created.
- The image transfer is stuck in in the initializing phase.
- The disk remains in locked state.
Environment
- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 4.4 SP1
- Red Hat Virtualization Manager (RHV-M) 4.5.3.7
