[RFE] package golang-github-prometheus-node-exporter for RHEL

Issue

• Can Red Hat provide the package golang-github-prometheus-node-exporter in RHEL9?
• Prometheus is experiencing rapid adoption across various workloads. Having the prometheus-node-exporter within the release simplifies the problem.
• The prometheus exporter for performance co-pilot is much heavier weight and may not be appropriate for cloud or edge workloads.
