Repeatedly "timeout or abort" messages reported by kube-apiserver when talking to aggregated openshift-apiserver on OpenShift Container Platform 4

Issue

• When checking the kube-apiserver logs we often see the below messages reported but don't see any problem with OpenShift in general. Hence wondering whether those need to be further investigated or can be ignored.
