Abnormal IO sent to dm-stripe or dm-snap may send IO to the wrong disk or part of a disk, BUG at block/bio.c:2053!
Issue
Abnormal IO such as Discards, write zero's and secure erase sent to dm-stripe and dm-snap may result in IO's being sent to the wrong disk or disk location. Exposing this issue requires there to be at least 2 stripes, and at least 2 segments in the LV.
