keepalived enters FAULT state upon boot and does not assign VIP

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • keepalived faulted after reboot. Cannot assign requested address.
  • keepalived Does not assign both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses at boot. It fails assigning the IPv6 address and removes both VIPs:
