python3-kubernetes missing dependencies in RHOCP 4

Issue

  • Package python3-kubernetes fails to install caused of missing dependencies showing the error:

    Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python3-certifi needed by python3-kubernetes-25.3.0-1.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides python3-google-auth needed by python3-kubernetes-25.3.0-1.el8.noarch
  - nothing provides python3-websocket-client needed by python3-kubernetes-25.3.0-1.el8.noarch
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)
