How do I clear the redis queue used by Ansible Automation Platform?

Issue

I need to clear the redis queue because the Automation Controllers are continuously trying to insert data into the database but failing to do so. This is causing the PostgreSQL database log file size to increase at an exponential rate. When I check the jobs list, there are no jobs running.
