Printout edges cut off when PostScript files are printed using RHEL 8

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • When users try to print report labels via Blue Yonder application to HP laser printers, the printed page comes out with the edges cut off.
  • The edges of a PostScript document are clipped when printable items are near the edge of the document and the document is printed to a PCL printer. Adding fit-to-page to the print options has no effect. PDF documents print correctly.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.0 through 8.6
  • cups-filters-1.20.0-14 through cups-filters-1.20.0-28
  • PostScript source document
