Printout edges cut off when PostScript files are printed using RHEL 8
Issue
- When users try to print report labels via Blue Yonder application to HP laser printers, the printed page comes out with the edges cut off.
- The edges of a PostScript document are clipped when printable items are near the edge of the document and the document is printed to a PCL printer. Adding
fit-to-pageto the print options has no effect. PDF documents print correctly.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.0 through 8.6
- cups-filters-1.20.0-14 through cups-filters-1.20.0-28
- PostScript source document
