[RHOCP 4] failed to call webhook while creating SMCP

Issue

  • After reinstallation of Service Mesh operators, while creating ServiceMeshControlPlane below error occurs

    Error "failed calling webhook "smcp.mutation.maistra.io": failed to call webhook: Post "https://maistra-admission-controller.openshift-operators.svc:443/mutate-smcp?timeout=10s": dial tcp x.x.x.x:port: connect: connection refused" for field "undefined".
