How to scale RGW (RADOS Gateway) Instances in an ODF Internal Cluster

CAUTION: THIS IS NOT SUPPORTED IN ODF v4.21 AND BELOW AND WILL NEED A SUPPORT EXCEPTION IF IMPLEMENTED. ODF v4.21 BRINGS NATIVE SUPPORT FOR AUTOSCALING OF RGW GATEWAY INSTANCES.
The RGW instances can be increased by adding gatewayInstances configuration in the StorageCluster CR.
