Order of Authenticator executions in RH-SSO depends on credential order but not on order of Authentication Flow

Issue

• Even though the passwordless authenticator is configured before the password authenticator in the authentication subflow, the password authenticator is executed first.
• The order of authenticator executions is determined by the order of the credentials in the user configuration.
• We need to know if it is possible to change the behavior, so it depends on the order of the Authentication flow.
