Is it possible to execute a sub-set of rules instead of all the rules in BRMS?

Issue

We are using RHPAM to write business rules and those rules are being used in Spring boot application to validate attribute values coming from files. We want to execute one attribute specific rule per file but, when we are validating, all the rules are getting executed.
