Why Does Installing/Upgrading Ansible Tower to 3.7 Fail with Missing rsyslog 8.1911?
Issue
When attempting to install or upgrade Ansible Tower to version 3.7, the install Tower RPM task fails stating that rsyslog-8.1911 is unavailable in any repository.
