[Satellite 6.x] How to enable repositories newly added to an activation key on all content hosts associated with that key?

Issue

When an activation key is updated with a new repository or group of repositories, this change is not reflected on the content hosts already registered using this activation key. We need to update the already registered content hosts with the newly added repository so that we have the repository enabled by default on those content hosts. The new repository has been added to the content-view associated with the hosts, and a new version of the content-view has been published and promoted.
How can we achieve this?
