Registering host with Red Hat Insights throws logging error UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character '\ufffd' in position 94: ordinal not in range(128)

Issue

• Insights registration is performed on host being registered with Red Hat Satellite as a part of the post install script which runs the insights registration. It fails with logging error UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character '\ufffd' in position 94: ordinal not in range(128).
