Jenkins deployment with ENABLE_OAUTH=false inaccessible with default admin credentials in OCP 4

Issue

  • Jenkins image without OAuth OpenShift integration cannot set the password for admin user.
  • Not able to log in to Jenkins instance using admin user and password password.
