Unable to deploy kjar to remote maven repository that requires access via proxy in Business Central

Issue

  • RHPAM Authoring environment is configured with the proxy variables and external maven repository as per the document.
  • Build and install complete successfully, but deployment kjar fails with below error:
[ERROR][org.kie.workbench.common.services.backend.builder.core.BuildHelper] (default task-23) org.eclipse.aether.deployment.DeploymentException: Failed to retrieve remote metadata xxxxx:xxxxx:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml: Could not transfer metadata xxxxx:xxxxx:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml from/to rhpam-projects (https://maven.repo.host/repository/rhpam-projects/): Connect to maven.repo.host:443 timed out: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.eclipse.aether.deployment.DeploymentException: Failed to retrieve remote metadata xxxxx:xxxxx:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml: Could not transfer metadata xxxxx:xxxxx:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml from/to rhpam-projects (https://maven.repo.host/repository/rhpam-projects/): Connect to maven.repo.host:443 timed out
