Unable to launch vmware workstation because of failure in the kernel module compilation.

Issue

• Launch of vmware workstation failed because of failure in kernel module compilation.
• Compilation of kernel modules "vmmon and vmnet" is failing with the below errors (in vmware logs) on kernel-5* on RHEL 9:
