Dynamic system-reserved creates memory reservation with 2 decimal places
Issue
When using Dynamic system-reserved SYSTEM_RESERVED_MEMORY can be set as a figure with 2 decimal places - which is not supported by Kubernetes and causes the incorrect unit of measurement to be used by the node.
