Missing usbserial.ko or other module in Rhel 7

The server is missing the module in the
/lib/modules/<kernel version>/kernel/drivers/usb/serialdirectory. -
The associated device is not being seen in the
/devdirecotry.- ex. ttyUSB0 serial port or ttyUSBX
