The Red Hat repositories are not available to the hosts registered with Red Hat Satellite 6 after renewed subscriptions are added to subscription manifest

Issue

• After renewing the subscriptions and adding them to the subscription manifest, the Red Hat repositories are not listed or showing on the hosts registered with Red Hat Satellite 6.
• The Red Hat Subscription is attached to the client but not showing the Red Hat repositories entitlement certificate.
• Only the custom repository is showing up and its entitlement certificate is present.
