Single Node OpenShift 4.12 wrong LVM Operator installed
Issue
- After installing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform single node with LVM Operator checkbox enabled using the Assisted Installed, the wrong operator version is installed.
- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.12.1 Assisted Installer with the wrong LVM Operator running.
- ODF LVM Operator 4.11 installed in an Assisted Installed Single Node OCP.
