Single Node OpenShift deployment fails due to authentication and console CO in degraded state in RHOCP4

Issue

  • The authentication ClusterOperator is degraded with the below message:
OAuthServerServiceEndpointsEndpointAccessibleControllerDegraded: oauth service endpoints are not ready
RouterCertsDegraded: neither the custom secret/v4-0-config-system-router-certs -n openshift-authentication or default secret/v4-0-config-system-custom-router-certs -n openshift-authentication could be retrieved: secret "v4-0-config-system-router-certs" not found
  • The console ClusterOperator is degraded with the below message:
 RouteHealthDegraded: route not yet available, https://console-openshift-console.apps.a1202-7-11-u01-s1-oe20fp1-sno.lab.neat.nsn-rdnet.net
      returns ''503 Service Unavailable'''
