APIcast returns a blank response body for 404 HTTP error code

Issue

  • After upgrading 3scale from 2.8 To 2.12 there are differences between the 2 versions and error response bodies.
    • HTTP status code changed from 401 to 404 in 2.12 version
    • Blank response body is returned by 3scale for 404 (Not Found)

Environment

  • Red Hat 3scale API Management (On-premise 3scale operator)
  • Red Hat 3scale APIcast (On-premise apicast operator or Docker/Podman gateway)
    • 2.12.x
    • 2.13.1
