Rendering LaTeX documents fails with "translator.sty not found" on RHEL 8

Issue

LaTeX documents using the texlive-beamer class will fail rendering because translator.sty is missing in the texlive-20180414-25.el8 package as a dependency
Rendering a LaTeX document using the command pdflatex fails with the following error message:

! LaTeX Error: File 'translator.sty' not found.
```
