Unable to fetch the AD user information in IPA-AD Trust environment

Issue

  • Unable to fetch the AD user information with id command.
  • We are not able to retrieve the user information using getent passwd command.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, 8, 9.
  • Microsoft Active Directory.
  • IPA - AD Trust.
