MetalLB configuration not working with IPv6 addresses

Issue

AddressPool is failing to create when bgpAdvertisement is defined for IPv6 addresses and getting the below error:

admission webhook "addresspoolvalidationwebhook.metallb.io" denied the request: invalid bgpadvertisement config: invalid aggregation length 32: prefix 128 in this pool is more specific than the aggregation length for addresses fc00:f853:xxxx:x:xxxx::x/128.
