Is nmcli/nmtui supported on Openshift Container Platform 4?

Issue

• Is it possible to use the Network Manager to modify the cluster node configurations?
• Is it possible to use nmcli/nmtui to (re)configure the node's network interfaces?
• I configured the network interfaces with the initial ignition file, how can I update it?
• I do not want to use NMstate or a machineconfig to modify the network configuration, are there any alternatives?
