insights-client fails with error Conf status: 500 Internal Server Error: the server was unable to finish the request.

Issue

• insights-client upload is failing with the below error on client connected to satellite:

  ERF50-1206 [Foreman::WrappedException]: Unable to authenticate using rh_cloud_token setting ([RestClient::Exceptions::OpenTimeout]: Timed out connecting to server)
