Data plane disruption during update in ML2/OVN deployments with schema change
Issue
Under certain conditions, a data plane disruption might occur during an update of ovn-controllers to Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) 16.2. For more information, see the following bugzillas:

Environment
A RHOSP 16.2 environment that was updated from 16.2.1, 16.2.0, or any 16.1 release to 16.2.2 or later, and uses OVN.
