Failed to push and pull image; 500 Internal Server Error; err.detail="s3aws: AuthorizationHeaderMalformed"

Issue

• Image push and pull from the OCP internal registry is failing with 500 Internal Server Error
• Registry pod is backed with AWS S3 storage and registry pod logs has the following error messages;
